Policies
To ensure a well planned and successful function, please review the following policies that have been established regarding functions performed.
- A $150.00 deposit must be paid in order to hold date and will be taken off your final bill. An additional $50.00 deposit is also required and will be returned within 7 days, if your function starts within 20 minutes of the scheduled time.
- Confirmed number of guests must be guaranteed 3 days prior to the function. Billing will be in accordance with this number unless the actual number of guests served is greater.
- Prices may be subject to change upon written notice 60 days prior to function.
- Payment is due in full 3 days prior to the function.
- All prices are subject to and do not include 5.5% sales tax and 18% service charge.
- There will be a 50 cent cost per person for cutting and serving of wedding cakes. We will provide the plastic forks and plates for the cake.
- For insurance reasons, you are considered to be paying only for the food served at the function. Therefore, no food will be left after serving.
